About 5 weeks of (relatively) clean eating, lots of water, and plenty of weights! Still have a long ways to go, but even a little progress is better than nothing! Time to step it up.
Dave’s Killer Spelt bread (toasted) with Adam’s crunchy peanut butter, banana, and raspberries. I ate on my dorm’s roof and it was fabulous.
Lunch (Dining Hall):
Brown rice topped with sweet chili tofu, a little bit of salsa, and seasoned sweet potatoes.

A good food day so far!! I have a long chem lab this afternoon, then the gym afterwards, so I won’t be eating a meal until late tonight. I’ll probably bring some almonds to class with me to munch on though :) Hope everyone is having a wonderful 1st of May!! xx
